Private Training Program:
1:1, Small Group, or Large Group Private Sessions are available and personalized to clients level and experience. Kat is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and offers all types of fitness training from Beach Bootcamps, Sculpt, Pilates, Yoga, and Sound Bath Meditations. Kat will curate and customize a bespoke experience for everyone involved. Kat offers in person sessions in Montauk and NYC and is available virtually via zoom or you can request a personalized video session to do at your own convenience.

Why I Created This Program
I designed this program to boost employee health and wellness through corporate initiatives. Offering yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and breath work sessions, the aim is to calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and alleviate stress. Participants will experience mental and physical tension release, achieving a relaxed, grounded, and refreshed state. Conducted via Zoom, sessions are available in 15, 30, 45, or 60-minute durations.
