Healthy Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Scoop the flesh of the avocados into a blender or food processor.

  2. Blend the Mousse: Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

  3. Taste and Adjust: Taste the mousse and adjust sweetness or cocoa level if desired by adding more maple syrup or cocoa powder.

  4. Chill: Divide the mousse into small bowls or ramekins and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.

  5. Serve: Top with fresh berries, coconut, or dark chocolate shavings for extra flavor and texture.
